In simple terms, what I am saying is, you have to create the future, create that beautiful career and business.
You have to do something for something to happen. If there is no cause, there is no effect. Put in the smart work, the strategic thinking, strategic positioning, the hard work, the long hours etc to create your desired future.

Louis Stevenson once said, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” The 2 things you will do before December ending could be the right seeds you need to harvest bountifully in 2023. Until you plant, do not expect to harvest. Until there is a cause, there is no manifestation.
